Welcome to
my newly launched blog, Along the Brandywine!
I'm hoping to post all sorts of interesting matter: quotes, photography,
book reviews/essays, history, studies in art, links to thought-provoking
articles, etc. My goal is to write on a regular, maintainable basis and I hope
to start some discussions–so check up on it and weigh in with your thoughts and
comments!
And now for
the big news...Ellen and Tales are up on Amazon! To view the page I've put
together about them (with summaries, excerpts, and links), you can go here (or hit the tab at the top of the page).
Tales has a
new and gorgeous cover–and both stories have been through a thorough brush-up
process (Ellen particularly). I made a few additions, cut down a little, and
reworded here and there for further depth and clarity; nothing too drastic
though...you'll find everyone and everything essentially the same–only better.
:-) I can't wait for you all to check them out and let me know what you think!
If you like
them (I suppose if you didn't like them it would be all right as well), but
especially if you like them, I would love to have you leave a review on Amazon.
The more the merrier. :-) And be sure to write in here with questions or
comments! Enjoy!
Oh, and
some more exciting particulars... :-)
#1 – For
the next three weeks (that is, through Nov. 8) there is a special $0.99 release
price on the kindle editions. Also, if you have a Prime membership you can
borrow the books for free!
#2 – The
first twenty hard copy editions of each book sold are eligible to receive a
lovely, printable, specialized-to-each-title bookmark. To receive the
bookmark/s: after purchasing either one or both books on Amazon, email me using
the link on the right sidebar of this page. I will email back an attachment
with the applicable bookmark/s so you can print them out and enjoy! They really
turned out beautifully and are so fun! ;-)
And a
last note regarding the blog... If you don't have a Google account, you can
still use the box on the sidebar to sign up for an automatic email update
whenever I post–making life a little simpler. :-)

I'd love to hear your thoughts and look forward to further confabulation. Please just be courteous to one and all. Oh, and I love thoughts on old posts, so comment away!
(Also of late -- what with time being finite, and Life Happening + managing multiple blogs and computer issues and all that -- I sometimes have to alternate between creating new content and replying to comments, but rest assured I'm thrilled to hear from each and every one of you and always hope to reply thoughtfully in full ASAP. <3)
